Zhengzhou Jiean Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002. Adhering to the "Cncentric Dversification" development strategy, it deeply engages in fields such as Rail Transit, Emergency Safety, Aviation and Navigation, while continuously expanding into emerging areas like Autonomous Vehicle. It is among the first national-level R&D centers in the rail transit industry, as well as a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise of specialized, refined, characteristic, and innovative development and an enterprise with intellectual property advantages. In 2020, the company was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 300845).

In 2017, the joint application — led by Jiean Hi-tech, with participation from Central South University, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, Zhengzhou Metro, Shenzhen Metro, and other institutions — was designated by the Ministry of Transport as the National R&D Center for Rail Transit.

In 2020, Jiean Hi-tech was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (A-share market), becoming the 1st listed company in the virtual simulation training and education field. Stock code: 300845
